David L. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, David practiced law at the New York City office of two prominent, international law firms, where he focused on sophisticated corporate and securities law transactions. Prior to law school, David worked in the public accounting profession as a Manager at the New York City office of a “Big Four” accounting firm.
