Arnold represents clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. He advises and counsels businesses of all sizes on a wide array of employment issues, including hiring, disciplinary and termination matters, reductions in force, wage and hour compliance, and internal complaints and investigations.

With a sharp business focus, Arnold helps clients take proactive steps to limit their liability and avoid costly missteps. When problems do occur, he works with clients to resolve their issues as efficiently, practically and pragmatically as possible.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Arnold clerked for the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, A.J.S.C., handling a variety of matters, including Open Public Record Act (OPRA) cases where he gained hands-on experience with high-profile investigations and enforcement actions.
