John has been a healthcare transactions attorney for over 40 years. He has been recognized as a “dealmaker” due to his success in closing a great number of strategic transactions, for clients including major hospitals, multi-specialty and single specialty medical groups, ACOs, ambulatory surgery centers, ambulatory care facilities, investors in private equity transactions, imagery centers, laboratories, physician specialty organizations and IVF providers.
